• I've Had drinks and food at the Horn Inn several times. I've always found all the staff to be very accommodating. Its one of my favourite friendly restaurants. The food is very good. Always a creative menu put together by the excellent chef.

• My dad and I visited the Horn Inn recently. It was very quiet, only 3 others couples. The landlord took our orders. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and nearly 1 hour for our food. When I complained to the landlord he told us all food is cooked to order, which is fair enough, but with pub being so quiet I felt the wait was unjustified. The landlord was rude, sarcastic and his customer services was non existant. When the food finally arrived it was OK. We most certainly will not be going back.

• The food is really good value here - they do cheaper prices for over 60's. It's always busy so obviously very popular. The waitresses are very cheerful and friendly. However, the landlord is not very welcoming, I stood at the bar for a few minutes on arrival before he actually acknowledged me (he was facing me but writing on a blackboard), he didn't smile once whilst serving me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Not good customer service.
