Neither me, my family, friends, or colleagues will ever visit the Tilley Raven again due to the rudeness and aggressiveness of the Manageress. I can't believe a business would hire such an unwelcoming, unfriendly person to manager their business. I have even seen her make the staff cry. Do not visit this place unless you want to be insulted and offended. I'm not sure if the other reviewer has an axe to grind, but they could not be more wrong. The staff are great and the food is superb...just ask any of my large family who ate there with me a couple of weeks ago. All of us enjoyed our various choices and sent back virtually polished plates.The Tilley Raven takes a lot of beating, especially as a small country establishment. Please ignore the other review and try for yourslf!!!!!! Absolutely horrible, everything from the food to the bar manageress, owner looks like just cannot be bothered, food overpriced, dry, small portions and expensive.
