• We had read about the conversion that Joules had made to this well established pub and so we were eager to visit it. As we crossed the road a large billboard displayed the meal of the day which being Saturday was a steakwhich sand which......yummy, yummy! After ordering our beer we were informed that no food could be ordered until 6.00 pm which was in 20 minutes time. We thought this was strange on a busy weekend but not wishing to miss one of our favourite meals we waited until 6.00 and ordered 3 steakwhich sandwiches. After nearly an hour of waiting the food eventually arrived. If we hadn,t have already paid for it we would have long gone. The pub had few guests in the dining room so heaven knows how long it would have taken with a coach party ! Although the sandwiches were really nice, they weren't worth waiting that long for.

• Would just like to say a big thanks to dee and her staff for a lovely meal and great hospitality shown to us loppington house girls (ex) on our first reunion on wednesday 20/6/12, hope to join you again in the near future x
