• We visited on New Years eve for dinner, a party of four. There were only 4 other tables occupied so there was no atmosphere,there was no sign of any NYE festive feeling. Three of our party were unhappy with their main course,and only one portion of our favourite apple pie !! Whilst the service was prompt (only five tables)we had to keep asking for items. The total bill was £400,with pre dinner drinks and two cheap bottles of wine,(no Champagne)we left at 11.30 pm ! Having been out for the past 40, years on New Years Eve,we voted this the worst experience.

• at£ 83 pounds a head overpriced, food not good we all left most of it,,could not supply sweet when ordered,service fair but had to keep asking for the obvious , left at 11.30 new years eve, leaving six others about to do the same, quite unreal, would never return to this establishment,really wish we had done our homework
