• Yet again we have been sharfted by another meal being missed from my order, after last time, I asked to double check to make sure my meal was in there, waste of time, waste of money it's absolutely pathetic. Once again I'm left starving !

• DREADFUL SERVIE. your branch got order wrong first of all which meant hanging around for another to be made, on arriving home found that a whole meal ie hamburger and fries although paid for were not in the bag, the two brownies that had been given as an apology for the first mistake were out of date.. every single time we visit this branch something is wrong. i suggest you employ people who can understand what the customer says which may help in getting orders right.. absolutely dreadful.. i am only putting a rating as i found out that if i dont add a rating i lose my post.. oh and another thing, you dont answer your phone , tried ringing for ages to complain.. after this i am sending an email to this branch and to Head Office..
