• Do not use this take away worst customer experience we have ever had . We ordered & paid by card but when it turned up some of the order was missing . A very very rude young Asian woman told my husband they are not a taxi service & it would be another hour - offered no apology or refund ?? I had to go in & demand my money back & was told that they don't need customers like us ! I would suggest using Burton Spice & save yourself from a terrible customer experience ! Is it just me or does anyone else expect to get what they pay for ? Never come across anyone so rude & unprofessional before & I hope that when you have no customers you actually realise how important they are . Needles to say we won't be using Saga again !

• Used to be really good but now food does not conform to menu. Prawn dhansak had not a lentil in sight! Same sauces obviously from big jar for many supposedly differing dishes. Nearly always something missing. Never again. Plenty of choice for takeaway in Lincoln, so get back to how you were.

• 1 hour delivery after quoted fifteen mins, arrived cold would not answer to receive complaint, answered instantly from different number, eventually agreed to refund, still waiting . . . . . . .

• The food is good but the staff are extremely rude on the phone, wanting to get rid of you as soon as possible. They need to learn they are giving us a service not the other way around.
