• Came in today and ordered a all star box, a mini fillet burger and 2 hot wings the food was ok, the chips were a little like cardboard but I can cope with that the problem I had was with your staff they were rude with no concern for the customer one girl took my order. No thank you or anything just can I take the next order. Then another girl just shoved the food at us in a bag. Again no enjoy your meal. Manners don't cost!

• I remember having KFC years ago, it was delicious. I should have stopped there. This KFC has ruined it for us, the 2 x Mighty Buckets (?!) received turned into a paper bag with very brown, very over-cooked bits of tasteless, rubbery chicken. What a disappointment! Never again.

• Came into your store this evening and ordered 3 box meals to take away. Only to discover the chicken sandwiches had NO chicken in them. If the staff concentrated on the order than shouting at each other in front of waiting customers, they may just get the orders right. NOT HAPPY
