• I didn't but a car here but was very interested in a BMW. We asked for a test drive and got quizzed if we had our driving licenses with us which we did and we needed a part exchange price for my old car and they gave me an appalling price. I had better prices for part exchange and cash for it from elsewhere so was able to sell it somewhere else and still purchase this BMW but he youngish salesman was not interested and obviously couldn't be bothered with us. The BMW was only £10000. It wasn't like it was a £50 k one we were just messing about at and with no intention of buying or being able to afford. I've test driven loads of cars in my time and never had to notice u had a driving license especially as I'd just driven there in my 11 plate car. You have done me a favour as just up the road on my way home I found a cheaper BMW from a lovely salesman. He let us test drive it without checking our licenses and we are buying it. We got a good part exchange price for our old car and we are collecting it later in the week. Advice to you is be more friendly and welcoming to your customers . I will never return to your garage and I'm sure you will have put off many more people.
