• Lydney is so fortunate to have a shop like this. In 20 years they have usually had what I need and not in boxes of 100 or more as in other places. A great local asset.

• I agree some of the staff are miserable and not always helpful but I find its usually the men the ladies are really helpful especially the one who has been there from the beginning I always ty to see her she is always helpful but I still think its a great shop and I will continue to use it.

• Great range of products at good prices. However SOME staff can be surly and seem unapproachable even though we have been regular customers, and this alone has put us off using this shop unless absolutely necessary.

• An aladdins cave and very competitive prices for a local shop and they sell single screws of every description and size!I love this place.
