• We phoned in our order, said we would collect, told it would be 20 mins. I arrived, waited about 5 mins, food served. My wife had chicken with bean sprouts and I had beef curry. Could not fault it. Will go there again in future.

• Just got off the phone to the chinese, am awaiting an order which is already 40 minutes later than they said it would be. The lady was ridiculously rude and was not apologetic when they said it would be another 25mins. Don't order here to avoid terrible customer service/abuse and the longest delay in the takeaway service!

• 2 hour and 20 min wait for delivery 3 phone calls made to see where it was. Promised a call back which never happened. Food arrived at 9.50pm after ordering at 7.30pm They still expected the full £35 we said we didn't want it as we had just stuck some other food in oven. Would not use again
