• Excellent pub. Locals very friendly,beer excellent especially the local brew game bird.also very good value accommodation, all in all a gret experience.

• The Fox and Hounds is an extremely friendly pub that is run by attentive and friendly hosts. The beer (Game Bird is highly recommended) is great and the food is both wholesome and plentiful. The accommodation is comfortable and competitively priced. You could hardly wish to meet more warm locals. It is also handily situated for the lovers of golf. All in all an excellent experience.

• The Ale is grand; the food is great; the folk you meet are friendly. The Staff are the finest you could see in all the world o'er.
