• staff were very friendly. although we booked a meal for 8pm and was told by person and read the guide that u will be called to your table, however at 8.30 i asked when our table would be ready adn was told its been ready since 8 although i told them we were outside. we wasnt really shown anything just our room, we are early risers and wanted to have a cup of tea and a cigarette so went down stairs at 7am to go to the smoking outside area to be in darkness and no one available on the premises, as we walked back to our room we noticed a firedoor which said it wasnt alarmed so if you need to get out use this door. nothing was shown to us at all so that was very disappointing. however overall staff and locals were friendly.
