• I'm absolutely fuming!!! Never have I ever cried at a hairdresser before (I'm 37!), but today I have been reduced to tears! I asked the hairdresser to take off just a tiny bit at the end of my longish, curly hair and not to put any layers in. She has decided she knows best and proceeded to put in the the biggest layers I've ever had and cut it far too short! She couldn't have made it worse if she tried - now I look like a middle aged lady from the 80s, with short hair!!! I'm so so angry I could cry till the cows come home!!! BTW, she also had the cheek to take payment for the work she did, which was exactly the opposite of what I'd asked for!
