• My Workplace placed a trial order with these today ahead of a full companywide order that was to be placed prior to christmas, some of the order did not arrive even though they tried to charge for it. On reporting this to them for them to rectify my colleague was firstly accused of getting the order wrong then told that there were other places she could order from. . . . . From that basis alone and beside the fact the food was terrible I would advise all to simply avoid and use a proper chinese takeaway instead.

• The food is either too salty or too spicy. Same dish will never taste the same when you order it twice, so you will never be sure what you will get. They don't listen what has been ordered and some of the ingridients is always missing from mealbox orders. On top of everything last time I specifically asked for the meal to be prepared without onions, so they put lots of crushed garlic in it instead... I am sure today's order was the last one I have ever placed with yumchi.

• Beef looks like mushrooms and they didnt add ingredients which I ordered. I called to make complain they say they will call back and never did. Not happy !!
