• We have used this takeaway for over 4 years but lately the food and customer service have gone downhill. On a Friday and Saturday the approximate delivery times are double what they tell you when you order. Today it took them over 1 hour to deliver the food after giving us an estimate of 30 min. The food arrived cold and the rice had what I can only assume to be human hairs in it. When we called up to complain, they said they are not responsible for the food as soon as it leaves their premises, intimating that it could our hairs or our pets(we don't have any and no one in the family has the type of hair we found). Theykept arguing the point for over 20minutes!Never again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
