• Two experiences with Xpress, one having tyres changed by them which went fine and was reasonably priced the other was for a MOT and full service which I was not satisfied with. Two days after the MOT and full service, that was in the £100's, my dashboard lights up like a christmas tree. Obviously concerned and annoyed that my car suddenly has faults days after a full service I go back to Xpress who say "just one of those things" and it would be another £85 just to hook the car to the diagnostics. Personally if it had been my company and a customer had just returned a product I serviced 2 days ago I would have at least apologised and checked to make sure I hadn't left anything loose during my service as a courtesy. The lack of any customer service or care for their own professional image was quite shocking considering the price they charged. To add insult to injury there is a garage down the road from them that did the diagnostics for £25! The three faults that were found, in fairness to Xpress, could have feasibly happened two days after the MOT and full service so they could have been extremely unlucky. I will not be using them again and would NOT recommend them due to their pricing and customer service.
