• Used to use this firm on a weekly basis for years until the fares were getting beyond a joke. Seemed like the more I used them the more expensive they got Used them a few times night shopping and was bombarded with inappropriate questioning. I felt unsafe and scared violated and angry, so stopped using them. Sorry but what sort of taxi driver thinks they have the right to ask a woman if they go out and `pull`. Disgusting. Gave them another `chance` after receiving a money off voucher through the letter box. Unfortunately had another ignorant pig of a driver who barraged me to ring my relative and demanded the post code, even suggested I ring them on HIS mobile. He spent the whole journey shouting on mobile then refused to honor the voucher. He suggested it was only valid after New yr, which was the expiry date. If the driver does not have the basic local knowledge/language (sorry I don't believe he could have even passed a driving test)then he should not be driving a taxi. imho. There are some pleasant drivers, but not risking getting one of their new rude ones thanks. I`d rather walk.
