• Was given wrong parcels today, was told I couldn’t get the card back for the parcel that was missing meaning I would be unable to call Royal Mail nd query delivery. I was shouted at and abused BY THE MANAGER because of his error. Disgraceful. Had to give 1 star as you can’t give “0”

• guy with grey hair and glasses at post office counter great with senior citizens cause they cant here him but completely useless dealing with anyone else a turkey looking forward to xmas is the best description for him
