• I used to go very frequently with family and my child or just my partner. When my child became 4 years old they started to charge her even though she barely ate a thing!! 2 prawn crackers and a chip are not worth £4. Also I once went with my child after being at the Big Blue Frog where my daughter had already eaten I told them she would not be eating but could I buy her a piece of cake? I was told yes, then when we were seated and my daughter had the cake in front of her I was told the chef said we would have to pay full price. I was outraged!! and decided to leave, as we were leaving they changed their mind, sorry but by that point it was too late. Taking cake away from a 4 year was just cruel, they have since lost a portion of their custom. Apart from that the food was always acceptable for the price.
