An absolute disaster !!
The property has been visited in the absence of the tenants, and emptied, the agency had no idea of what happened. The agency has no idea of who has the keys, and is not concerned by the issue ...
The house has been left in very bad conditions, not maintained, furniture has been damaged and stolen, the garden was a jungle ... and so on.
The agency is clearly not concerned by your property, but much more by the money they can make on it! When the tenants have disappeared, the agency came to us to pay to remove the tenants furniture and to professionally clean the house before we could move back in.Rating history and distribution
