• Unfortunately my review has a similar theme. Initial sale was great, no pressure and friendly. Installation was unorganised, team were late every day, though guys were pleasant enough. We were told the job would take 3 days (the installation team just laughed at that and their response “it will take as long as it takes”!) - Nearly 5 weeks later we are waiting for jobs to be finished. What I find sad is these reviews go back to 2010 and most of the complaints are about the same issue. Internal and external communication and general customer service is appalling, you call and most times no one answers so you leave a message but no one calls you back, when you do eventually get hold of someone, they are unable to deal with the issue. We are customers paying thousands of pounds for a product AND service. Delivering exceptional customer service is a vital aspect of any business – and free! Word of mouth is the best promotion for any business - and free! And as I write this review I am currently at home having taken yet another day off work waiting for someone to turn up to finish jobs( 5 weeks after the job was due to be complete)…. It’s now 11.42am and no one has turned up! I am disappointed that Win-Dor/Astraseal is so complacent they don’t feel the need to address these reoccurring and easily fixed complaints.
