• Had a something for you card dropped on the mat despite being in. Asked for a redelivery to 134 Wickham road. Went to collect the day after the redelivery date to be told by a very rude gentleman that the parcel was not there. He didn't bother looking to be honest. I went straight home, rang royal mail to be told it was delivered there the previous morning and was signed for!!! I stormed back, all within around 30 minutes to be told by the same guy that it was delivered 5 minutes after I left!!! Utter rubbish, no apology, terrible service!!!
