• WH SMITH 2nd time I have been into your store and purchased photobooth passport photographs , £16 cost as 1st photograph i felt was no use , I was just about to pay for postage to be signed for , when i hears , a lady who worked for WH Smith , think Management , explain to a customer how they do not recommend using the photo booth in the WH Smith , as the photos are not accepted by the passport office , , I says i have just paid £16 for 2 lots of photos , If you do not advise us customers to use the photo booth , it would be wise to put a note on the photobooth , to let us customers know , WH SMITH do not recommend , I ask , why are WH Smith not notifying us customers , and why do WH Smith have a not recommended photo booth on There Premises Annoying , And I do not reccomend , buying envelopes from WH Smith as they are expensive , if you go down to Card Factory the envelopes are reasonably priced
