• works meal at white lion, service was not too good waiting for first course then inbetween courses, food was not properly cooked, roast potatoes tasted as though they had been cooked earlier then reheated, some food stated on menu missing from plate, would not visit again

• A very disappointing evening . I booked a table (of 8) for 7.30 and finally got food at 8.45. The food on three plates was overcooked to the point of inedible and when this was brought to the manager's attention , he was quite challenging. We were the second table to complain that evening. Will not return to what was a favourite eating place before the refurbishment.
