• We visited the White Hart Friday evening, 19th August 2011. We arrived at 7.05pm and left two hours later after having just two courses. The food itself was fine (except several pieces of the meat pie being extremely tough) but the wait was unacceptable. We were told it would be 40 minutes but in actual fact it was over an hour for the starter and yet quite a long wait for the main course. The pub was quite busy but they need more staff of an evening. Disappointing.
