• I recently visited The Wells post office to buy a selection of cards. Staff were very supportive and friendly helping me to find the specific cards I was looking for. I will definitely visit in future.

• Absolutely horrendous customer service after numerous times of staff especially manager causing me to lodge 4 complaints & vow never to use it again much to my inconvenience I needed the service I was made so upset yet again where I said that’s it I’m going to film you I was almost having a panic attack after being shouted at by the man who would not stop even when his colleague told him to calm down they don’t serve keeping 4 customers waiting this behaviour needs seriously reprimanding- watch out they will be rude & pick on a customer to put down & try to embarrass in front of other customers they will enjoy to leave you waiting today before before closing time was told ‘don’t pull a face like that’ &’ shh !! I am a grown woman eligible & expecting a civil polite service that PO. customers are entitled to . Such a shame old manager was a gem heart of community in the village

• I needed to renew my photo for my driving licence. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. This Post office has a really welcoming feel to it - it's not my local one but I will definitely use it again!
