The Engineer who they sent to fix our boiler was learning on the job, speaks poor English and they charge for this 150£ pounds an hour. It took the engineer 2 hours to fix a valve which was half an hour work at this rate. Will never use this company any more and strongly recommend not to use them even in an emergency.Rating history and distribution
