• I have been shopping in waitrose since the store opened in the 70s, the new refit is all wrong in my opinion, the vegetable isle is cut in half by that massive column, why???? also ive used the self scan since it was brought in, but now when you use it you have to pay by card onlt !!!! wrong. i dont want to pay by card , i only use cash, whos stupid idea was that, i think you need to rethink things, otherwise you will be loosing a lot of loyal customers

• Recent refurbisment has left staff and customers confused when trying to find products. Product ranges have been reduced with many more own brands. There is a limited range of fruit and vegetables. My experience is that some is unripe and goes from rock hard to rotten, and generally mostvgoes rotten quickly even when stored properly. Most staff are cheerful polite and helpful.
