• Love the cinema but wonder why the sound is so loud? Surely this is bad for your customers eardrums. We cant all be deaf. Also there was no verbal reference to turning off your phones prior to the film starting. It is very annoying when someone keeps looking at their mobile which has a bright light when you are trying to watch the film. Last week we came to see "Walter Mitty" in Studio 3. At the end of the film the lights failed to come on which meant leaving the cinema became more difficult. Can you not put the lights on when the credits roll.
