• NO TAXI ARRIVED FOR 12.15 AS BOOKED THEY INSISTED WE PAID FOR THE RETURN WHICH I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT ANYWAY. AWFUL WEATHER HAD TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE AND PAY AGAIN...THIS IS THE SECOND TIME QUITE A WHILE AGO I WAS LET DOWN BY THEM FOR A FAMILY WEDDING TOO ...THE ONE STAR IS JUST FOR BEING GOOD AT TAKING MONEY !!!!!! AVOID

• i see the only person who has put a good review is a manager type of the company!! this company is a joke i wouldnt reccoment only if you want to be left at the town after a night out

• This company is a absolute joke! Stay well clear! i will never ever use these again. The cars are not clean in anyway at all and the drivers are arrogant and both drivers we had stunk! The drivers hardly spoke (very unfriendly). They were late by 10 minutes on out journey and by 35 minutes for the return. The person on the phone was very snappy and said 'but we are busy1 not just you that needs a taxi! ya know!' not good customer service at all! And to top it off 35 minutes late for the return i kept ringing the office to get a answer message saying 'all operators are busy your call will be answered shortly' what they forget to say is they all gone home 3hrs ago!! as the driver told us when eventually picked us up! like i said this company is a joke. No compaints procedure either. If you book these then good luck. you will need it Also only giving 1 star as for some reason you have to!!
