• Warning. This company does not complete the work agreed. 14 weeks I have waited for a stove, flue and fireplace. Got the stove and flue which I paid for. the fireplace company states winter or go elsewhere. They have not issued a completion certificate or certified with local council they have done the work. I have no idea if this is safe or not. They did not even remove the old flue, its still outside. I attended the registered company address, Nigel the owner has not lived there for three years and is a small terrace cottage. The work is substandard and company is clearly dubious. They purport to be HETAS registered. I am still waiting to hear from them as to whether they are. Nigel wears a logo on his shirt and it is all over his website. Please beware this company.
