• We wanted peace of mind buying our car, thats why we chose Master Cars in Hitchin. You can see why they have been trading over 25 years. Totally professional approach and made buying our car a real pleasure. A bit hard with the valuation on our old car but provided a great service and met our re-payment target for the finance

• Great, helpful staff, very happy with the car. Had a minor fault which was all sorted and delivered back to me! Wish there were more dealers like this!

• Friendly great sales patter. Please be aware when buying a car from here, don't waste your money on taking out an extra insurance policy as its not worth the paper it's written on . If you have a problem with your vehicle your most likely find it will not be repaired even with the extra policy which will set you back £400. Also they don't send the log books off resulting in dvla issuing you a £80 fine which the garage will not pay even though they are at fault. Will never use them again and will now have to fork out for another garage to sort out the electrical problems on the car we bought from master cars of hitchin. ( also beware as they lie )
