• I phoned to enquire if they could fit a new aerial socket on a small flat-screen TV as my son pulled the aerial cable too hard and it broke off. Surely a fairly simple quick job. Was quoted £49.50 'assessment fee' plus materials and labour. Why pay best part of £50 to 'assess' what the problem was, when the fault was known? Don't think so...
