• No double glazing on window, nor curtains. Only vertical blind so it was freezing to sit on couch. Central heating went off at 10.45pm so no watching TV after 11.15. And don't get up to the loo during the night as you will freeze-no heating in bathroom either. Night club across the street so very noisy at weekends. No fresh or dried fruit at breakfast and could be more variety of cereals. Probably good for contractors but definitely not worth the money. Too be fair they did accept my offer of paying less.
