• I worked at the Bedford heights business centre for 18 years until 2019. Verve bought a tired, run down 55 year old building and silicon manufacturing factory, plus three large car parks, in 2014. Verve came in and spent millions on a complete refurbishment. Solar roof panels, professional landscapes, new restaurant, and some innovative ideas from a top London designer. The man behind this concept is Tim Pain. A quiet man, who has a lot of experience in taking on difficult projects, and achieving outstanding results.His charitable work to encourage young entrepeneurs, and support for educational facilities is well known in Bedford.
