• I had been using this hairdressers for over 9 years or so, until September 2012 when I went to get my usual hair cut, I have long hair and wanted a couple of inches off the back to tidy up the ends. They let what can only be described as a child cut my hair. I am a 40 year old woman, and was sent out with the haircut of a 3 year old child with my hair swishing about my ears ! I was absolutely devastated, and so humiliated that I could not even go back and complain. I have never been back to the salon, and will never go there again. I have not been able to get my hair cut since September 2012 because of this experience, but now it desperately needs cutting again, so I will have to try another salon, but definitely not Vanity Hair again. They should supervise the capabilities of their (very) junior staff more closely, as the haircut I received was completely unacceptable !
