Was very happy with Val's cars this afternoon Saturday 27/11/23, Ashleigh was lovely in the office,she knew I was feeling unwell and my cab was with me roughly 5 minutes later, and Paul the driver was great, thankyou Ashleigh and Paul for making me feel safe, will always recommend Val's cars, I booked a taxi for a Hospital appointment and was assured it would be there on time. It wasn't..had to go with another cab company. Too bad..especially as I rang to check they were on their way...I was told they couldn't find my address..despite me giving them clear details!! Forget it..a taxi company with no sense of direction and no commitment.Rating history and distribution
