• I rarely leave reviews, but if I had the option I would give this place 0 stars. I went there to get shellac done about a month and a half ago. The woman was extremely rude and looked annoyed when I asked her to file my nails in square shape. Nails looked ok at the end. Unfortunately a few weeks later I made the mistake of returning there to get them removed. I have been getting shellac done in different salons (including those using the drill for removal) for years but I have never seen anything like this. The woman literally destroyed my nails, which were left all scraped and paper thin. The colour she had used must had been old or something as my nails were stained and when I asked her if we could fully remove the colour she ignored me. I let her know I was unhappy with the removal and all she did in response was to look at me and move on to the next client. A month and a half later my nails are still looking terrible and will continue to until all the destroyed bit grows out.

• Terrible service and terrible nail quility. I went back into complain after getting nails done. Own nails were in agony. Nail glue all over my fingers when removed my skin was all red and very raw. Do not speak English. One of the staff shouted in my face (in chinese) with a mask on then tried to grab my hand to forcably remove my nails!!! When googling con tact details to report to trade and standards I discover they were raided and 20 illegal working!!! AVOIDDD

• Guys I woulld say for £23 finger nails and toe nails cut and shaped professionally with all hard skin removed from feet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,well worth it occasionally, go on treat yourself 😄
