• Dear Dale Clarence, do you not remember all the many parts we bought in for you, that you then changed your mind on? time & time again you messed about... To quote you " omg dude thanks for all the help over the last few months its F****** AWSOME iam glad i waited n owe ya 😉 so happy" Putting pics up of your bike & how happy you still are with it! thing is, if you ride your bike with the crank loose, you damage it, thought riding for all those years you would have know it! Do you remember all the discounts because we was helping you out? do you remember the 9pm messages you sent that we always replied to? thanks a lot man!

• subject to online trolls (just like Simon S), urbanair has regularly been targeted by these sad, lonely, pathetic morons who are both too dumb to run their own business & too scared to come face to face.

• Needed some last minute bike accessories so popped into have a browse. Found no bike stock in the shop as all stocked items are either workwear or cheap printed t-shirts for the hen/stag doo market. I was told to look online for the items and they would then bring them into store. They didn't even ask what in particular I was after. I explained I was after the some goggles. When I asked what brand they had in the first answer was fluorescent yellow! The lady then called the owner from the back who brought a pair with him. When I mentioned the lenses were on the small side the guy walked off and the lady proceeded to tell me that they are all standard sizes. At this point I decided that I value customer service more than low cost. So I left and vowed never to return to such a miserable pair of shop owners.
