• We booked to stay at Fenstanton Travel Lodge from 1st to 5th Sept. We were disgusted with the state of our accomodation. The window in room was black with condenstation,the bathroom tiles were full of mould and the rails were rusty, not a nice pleace to bath or shower,the walls were in need of a coat of paint as was the bathroom door. so i had to go to a friends for my bathing needs, and to think we paid to stay there.the whole accomodation could have done with painting and decorating. How on earth do you expect the cleaners to clean, or have pride in their work. when working in such a run down place.The reception staff Bernardett, Jordon, and cleaners Janet and Margaret were all great, and so kind and thoughtfull, you are indeed lucky to have such dedicated staff. I am just recovering from a heart attack. I also have Asthma and the mould in the bathroom did not help the situation. Pass our thanks to the great staff at Fenstanton Travel Lodge.I await your remarks on this our worst holiday staying at a Travel Lodge.
