• I posted a negative review because something went wrong and a promised service seemed not to have happened, leaving us with no bike. As soon as the owner got my complaint he drove from Ely to Cambridge on NYE and the matter was sorted, with the bike excellently serviced. The original failure was because of a software fault that meant I didn’t get the message.
