• TK Maxx manager at newly opened High Wycombe store seen being rude to several staff members. Hence, staff looking miserable and unenthusiastic. Store badly organised, no room for maneouvering, not enough tills. Racks/rails too close together. Who's bright idea was that?! Definitely one to avoid!!

• portsmouth store - service really slow, staff seem very lazy.

• loughborough tk max has appalling service.there is not enough staff,no-one to serve unless you go to customer service and queue for ages.Asian lady rude and ignorant to customers,Didnt see her much nor anyone else working either upstairs or down.There was a new girl working on the fitting rooms last week and i must admit she was fantastic at helping me find some slippers for my swollen feet.The shop is a shambles upstairs and ive never seen any-one making it tidy.I would also like to comment on the new lady,i think her name was Sheena.An old lady fell from the top of the escalator to the bottom.Sheena ran to her and took care of the lady until the amulance arrived.She gave advice and calmed her down.Wish there was more staff like that around in tk Max.
