• Do not go to this Nail bar, they took so long to do the nails and then the nails were different sizes, when complaining about it they were so rude and shouted at me and said they didn't care, go elsewhere or chance it and be disappointed x

• Really bad do not go here nails are all different shapes and length they make up their own prices really expensive aswell painting was done really bad and my cuticles we're badly bleeding!

• Awfull paint job on my full set I got done today. Very rushed and the lady kept trying to upsell for me to get gels, she's just wanting more money. Won't be going back here again

• Nails done yesterday they rushed so much and didn't even paint them over a table station it was above the mans knee .. the varnish bubbled on 3 nails so returned half an hour later he redone one of them. By the evening 2 nails had peeled off they are uneven and patchy .. I will not return they are also more expensive than my usual place which you wouldn't mind if you got what you paid for .. rude customer service .. shocked by the service and upset by the state of my nails

• I've always used these never had a problem I always have one of the women do them don't like the bloke doing them had him once OK but not as good going to have them done today.

• Definitely avoid this nail bar, I'm not impressed. Took my daughter for her first set of acrylics just before Christmas, they're wonky, different lengths, badly painted and she has painful abrasions where he has filed too hard. Speaking to friends and family it seems lots of people have had similar experiences there. I'm surprised they're still in business.

• Outrageous service and poor manors, they rushed and didn't put any effort in! The man that did them cut my fingers and didn't even apologies, he was quite rude.

• Absolutely terrible. Do not go there! Awful customer service. Went back the next day to complain about gel extensions as nail varnish had chipped and the shape of the nails were uneven (the man who did them even cut my fingers filing them and they were sore.) They refused to redo them or offer ra efund. The manager was the rudest person I have ever met and shouted at me to shut up. I left after they continued to shout and got them redone in Toni and Guy in the Howard Centre who were amazing. They could not believe the state TJ Nails left my nails. So do not go there they will ruin your nails! And if you dare to complain they will refuse to do anything about it!
