• Very poor disappointing service , spent literally hundreds with this firm on models but upon the one and only return I made (a badly damaged kit) using their own return service they said they never received it. The owners arrogance is astonishing and threats about libel should they receive bad feedback - they clearly put profits over customer loyalty. Proceeded to legal action against this firm, beware though they are in Scotland and issuing legal action against them is different but possible , they are aware of this and told me in a very arrogant way that I’m wasting my time and money with such action. Frankly I’m disgusted - save your money and potential hassle -buy from Modelsport Or Winderland
