• Great experience, the guys are straight forward, easy to deal with, and Know their stuff. The car I bought was at least £500 cheaper than Autotrader.

• Really bad experience. Car sold with MOT failure. They promised to fix thing after but they never did. Spend a lot of money fixing it and had to spend even more after I found out the car had an accident before and will not pass MOT now.

• Incredibly poor service - miss old a car over three months ago and still not resolved. Emails and phone calls ignored. Requests for refund unacknowledged. One rep even admitted to 'forgetting' about me when I eventually spoke with him.

• Tidy cars are going to court for selling a 72 year old pensioner a £7000 car with 4 buckled wheels,defective tyres and defective steering. This is after having to wait a month to get the car after being promised it will be here in 2 days and having to pay a £250 deposit...before seeing the car! To top it all off tidy cars very generously replaced the original buckled wheels (fiesta titanium) for a set of cheap ford mondao alloys thinking nobody would notice the difference...unbelievable .
