• I very seldom write a negative review but felt this time that making the effort was necessary. More the a quarter of the hard wood received was freshly cut and wet and will not be usable for this winter. We also ordered and paid for 8 bags of kindling which were never delivered despite multiple emails and calls over a period of two months. Poor wood and extremely poor service. Sadly.
