• There is a manager...altho im not sure on which department he works but on two separate occasions. ..he has gone out of his way to help my parter and I.His name is Stuart and works late shifts.As a Onestop employee myself I felt I had to commend him for his fantastic customer service skills....he was very professional. ..helpful...polite and to be honest I found his role as a manager flawless!...what an asset to the company....great choice Tesco!

• I bought an iphone 12 months ago. They set it up and I did not have a problem until today. I went into the phone shop in store and was dealt with by Harry. I had been pulling my hair out trying to fix the problem but he managed to do it for me. That is what I call great after sales service. I would not contemplate going anywhere but Tesco phone shop at Castle Lane. Helpful, friendly and they do not treat "silver surfers" with anything but respect. Well done Tesco
