• most of the staff need sacking they are rude and not helpful and take to each other when you are waiting to be served there is a few that are nice and helpful ,the toilets could do with a good clean and 1 of the hand dryers has not worked for months ,and plants are a mess half the time half dead or dead as no 1 waters them ,they need a manager that makes them do their job and if a customer ask,s if they have an item in the back as it,s not on the shelf the staff should go and look instead of saying , no sorry it will be in tomorrow , and if you ask some 1 else they might go look for you ( which i have done a few times )and they come out with the item you were told was not in , i shop at asda more then tesco know as the staff are great in ollerton asda

• Mainly good and helpful staff just the odd one or two who are to busy gossiping to notice you are waiting for help. Pharmacy get medication wrong 90% of the time then look at you as if it's your fault or blame the health centre.
