• I phoned this store to ask if they had an item in stock for a friend who lives half an hour away. I was told they had 4 of the box sets in stock. My friend set off to come over and I went to the store only to be told there were NONE. How difficult is it to find out and give a customer CORRECT INFORMATION. The person manning the phone obviousely couldn't be bothered and was happy for us to have a wasted journey. I wouldn't bother phoning this number, although this is obviously what the phone staff want.

• Teenagers beware, any chance the staff have got they will stop you and make you open your bag just to check if your nicking. And if you're lucky enough to not have to have a bag search then the staff will just follow you round the shop and ask constantly what you're doing. Pointers for going into this store are: Make sure that you don't look around. (Just looking to your side is obviously a sign that you are going to steal something and then they will the start following you round) Don't forget your receipt as you will get stopped and then look like you're stealing. Don't stop and go on your phone for a minute, I did this and was stopped as soon as I had put my phone down (they obviously thought I was messaging saying that I'd got the object I was stealing) when really I was just connecting to their wifi.. Basically just don't go in there unless you're not a teenager anymore. They only do this to the children too any adult doing this you're fine because they obviously just look at this generation as thugs. Complain if they do any of this, I did and they were soon apologising for their actions.

• Dont think they should sell games as everytime i go in they never have the new ones in stock they always out of stock
