• My 80 year old mother has shopped in the Kirkintilloch branch for many years and has always commented on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. On Saturday 21st February we had just started our shop when she collapsed. She was having a heart attack. Two customers, one gentleman and a nurse who thankfully were shopping there rushed to help. Due to the efficiency and speed of the staff and management, the ambulance arrived almost immediately. I cannot thank all of these people enough. I believe my mother would have died on the floor had it not been for their kindness. At one point she had stopped breathing. These wonderful caring people saved my mothers life and for that we are eternally grateful. Thank you just isn't enough.
